EPK / Press Dossier

Cosmic Interjections creates archive-based cosmic gothic rock from the ruins of identity, belief, memory, loyalty, and decay.

Professional press materials organized with enough clarity for curators, venues, blogs, and collaborators — with enough signal damage to remain unmistakably Cosmic Interjections.

Short bio

Cosmic Interjections is the work of Joshua Register, a Southern Gothic art-rock project blending dark Americana, heavy psych atmosphere, post-punk melancholy, progressive weight, and archive-based visual mythology. The project explores belief collapse, identity fracture, loyalty, memory, decay, and the strange transmissions left behind after certainty disappears.

Release statement

Signals from the Ruins is the first fully emerged Cosmic Interjections transmission — a record from the ruins of identity, belief, memory, loyalty, and decay. The project treats songs, visuals, symbols, and artifacts as recovered fragments from a larger archive.

In-universe reception fragments

Fictional archive excerpts — not press endorsements.

These give the page personality without pretending real reviews exist. Verified press quotes should be added above this section after coverage arrives.

“The ruins did not answer. They resonated until the body became the receiver.”
— Mara Vey, Archive Note CI-014
“It sounds less like escape than excavation: a mirror, a wound, and something still transmitting underneath.”
— Elias Wren, Field Record 000
“The object is never explained. That is why it keeps appearing.”
— Corin Ash, Artifact Index
“A loyal witness remains where belief has failed.”
— Lenora Vale, Threshold Log
